• Strong design management and design coordination skills across all project stages.
• Strong design judgment with the ability to maintain design intent, quality, functionality, and project vision.
• Good understanding of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use development requirements.
• Ability to manage consultants, review design deliverables, and resolve design coordination issues.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural design, engineering coordination, authority approvals, and construction documentation.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance design quality, cost, buildability, program, and operational requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail in reviewing drawings, specifications, materials, mockups, and technical submittals.
• Ability to manage design changes and assess their impact on cost, time, quality, approvals, and project scope

The role covers the full design journey from project briefing, feasibility support, concept development, design coordination, consultant management, authority approvals, tender support, construction coordination, and handover. The role ensures that all design outcomes are aligned with the project vision, development strategy, market positioning, operational requirements, approved budget, project timeline, and quality expectations.
