Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a Design & Distribution Senior Manager to own end-to-end content operations for textbooks and digital assets across the Kingdom. You will translate approved curricula into high-quality print and digital formats, supervise printing and distribution partners, and ensure timely delivery to every end user.

In this leadership role, you will design and govern the section's processes, manage budgets, and coach a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Media Production, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in content design, production logistics, and digital content management.
• 3+ years in a managerial position.
• Experience managing print vendors and large-scale distribution operations.
• Strong command of digital content workflows, version control, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design workflows aligned with curriculum frameworks and the delivery calendar.
• Direct production and logistics for print and distribution at national scale.
• Oversee digital production, formatting, and quality review before release.
• Build and govern section policies, processes, and budget; coach a multidisciplinary team.
