National Medical Care is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to assist a dentist across diagnostic, operative, surgical, periodontal, preventive, orthodontic, prosthodontic, endodontic or pedodontic procedures during examination and treatment of patients. The clinical functions include preparing and dismissing patients, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, and providing post-operative instructions.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant from a professionally recognized institute.
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Assists dentist during diagnostic, operative, surgical, periodontal, preventive, orthodontic, prosthodontic, endodontic or pedodontic procedures.
• Prepares and dismisses patients; sterilizes and maintains instruments; cleans and disinfects equipment.
• Provides post-operative instructions and patient education; maintains patient records.
• Coordinates with reception and encoder for charges, appointments and paperwork.
• Participates in ongoing education monthly as developed by the department.
