As a Demi Chef de Partie – Room Service, you will support the kitchen operations dedicated to In-Room Dining, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional culinary experiences delivered directly to their rooms. You will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and adhering to brand standards.

As a Demi Chef de Partie – Room Service, you will support the kitchen operations dedicated to In-Room Dining, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional culinary experiences delivered directly to their rooms. You will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and adhering to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes for Room Service in line with established recipes and brand standards.

Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the section, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the workplace.

Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements based on guest preferences and trends.

Support in stock control, receiving deliveries, and minimizing food wastage.

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders to enhance guest satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across Culinary and Food & Beverage to achieve service excellence.

Adhere to IHG service culture, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

What We Need from You

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment.
