At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
This role requires prior short order cooking experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Education: High School Certification Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC Experience: 0-4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen related experience.
Experience in high volume kitchen environments-Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors Skills: Adept knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-cultural team.
Core Competencies: Effective organization and time management ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of food to guests Attention to detail, good work speed and disciplined work performance are essential abilities of the DCDP
