Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time support and ensure packages are fulfilled and delivered on time. You will work at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, coordinating with customers and DSPs to resolve delivery issues and keep customers informed.

You will communicate with customers by phone, gather information, and collaborate with multiple teams to remove delivery barriers.

Qualifications

English and Arabic fluency required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working under deadlines with strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers directly on the telephone.
Empathizing and earning trust to resolve issues.
Deep diving with customers to remove delivery barriers and provide accurate delivery expectations.
