Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Delivery Project Manager to lead construction programs across our development sites. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background, 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to align with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress and enforce safety/quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches.
