Qualifications

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand operations for a new delivery channel.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in Transportation operations.
  • Develop and report performance metrics to improve Customer Experience.
