As a Database Administration Manager, you will lead a team of Database Administrators and Developers, overseeing the operation and optimization of both Oracle and SQL Server platforms. You will take ownership of database performance, uptime, and best practice implementation across internal and client-facing systems. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with software development teams, setting technical standards, and advising on database architecture. You’ll also be responsible for stakeholder management, team development, and ensuring reliable and scalable database solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education program with focus in Computer Sciences or related field
• 10+ years’ experience working with customers
• Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills
