Job summary

The role focuses on designing and governing a comprehensive data architecture for a Lakehouse environment, spanning HDFS, Ozone, Spark, Hive, and streaming layers. You will architect policy-driven data governance, implement security, lineage, and quality controls, and drive CI/CD for data pipelines and infrastructure.

• 10+ years in data architecture/engineering.
• Strong experience with Cloudera CDH/CDP in production.
• Proven ability to design and implement data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead HLD and LLD for Lakehouse stack and related components.
• Architect data governance layer covering security, lineage, quality, and compliance.
• Define tiered data standards and lifecycle processes across environments.
• Align BI/analytics serving models and batch/streaming pipelines.
• Establish CI/CD for infrastructure, schemas, and ETL deployments.
• Mentor data engineering teams and participate in Architecture Review Boards.
