Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data science, ML, analytics, software engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex business and operational challenges using data science, ML, AI, optimization, and software engineering techniques.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain end-to-end data and AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Translate analytical concepts into scalable, reliable production systems.
• Contribute across full solution lifecycle including requirements, experimentation, development, deployment, monitoring, and improvements.
• Collaborate with domain experts to incorporate operational context into solution design.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development and emerging technologies to accelerate delivery.
• Work with data engineers and platform teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and observability.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for business value.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute within Agile teams across locations and time zones.
• Document and share best practices to improve team effectiveness.
