Job summary

REEF GROUP | مجموعة ريف is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to establish and optimize governance frameworks across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, security and regulatory compliance.

You will lead metadata management, data lineage, and dashboards for governance KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed best practices into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the DAMA framework.
• Hands-on experience with NDMO & SADAIA regulations.
• Background in the retail industry (fashion & perfume) preferred.
• Proficiency in Cloud, Azure, Fabric, or D365 is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to provide actionable data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Required Training: Computer Skills – Administrative Skills – Effective Communication Skills.
