Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Data Governance Specialist to establish and manage data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models across the organization.

You will own data assets, drive classification, quality and lineage standards, oversee access and retention, and collaborate with IT, security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience with data ownership, stewardship, classification, quality, and lineage.
• Good understanding of data privacy, security, access, sharing, and retention.
• Experience developing data governance frameworks and operating models.
• Familiarity with data governance standards, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes.
• Establish data ownership and stewardship models across business and technology teams.
• Define data classification, quality, metadata, and data lineage standards.

Key Responsibilities
