Job summary

Decima International is seeking a driven Project Controls & Reporting Engineer to support large-scale Data Center projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting across contractors and internal teams.

The candidate will utilize Primavera P6, WBS and IMS, and Earned Value Management to ensure accurate project information and timely reporting. Onsite work in Saudi Arabia with strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of construction project controls, planning or scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, WBS, IMS, and progress measurement.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and EVM principles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain WBS, baseline schedules, and IMS.
• Update weekly/monthly schedules reflecting progress.
• Review contractor/vendor schedules for risks and delays.
• Monitor progress against baselines, milestones, and plans.
• Perform schedule analysis: critical path, float, delays.
• Support resource and cost loading of schedules as needed.
• Prepare project-control reports: progress curves, KPI dashboards, look-ahead schedules.
• Develop reporting narratives explaining progress, risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with teams for long-lead equipment and interfaces.
