Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with end users and business owners, with a strong focus on exploratory data analysis and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to support business performance and operational analysis.
• Participate in performing detailed and complex analysis of HRDF business processes and data.
• Collaborate closely with end users and business owners to understand requirements and validate analytical outputs.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support data-driven initiatives by providing recommendations based on analytical results.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all analyses and deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Information Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Data Analyst on data and analytics projects.
• Proven experience in exploratory data analysis and business-focused analytics.
• Strong communication skills with business users and stakeholders.
