Job summary

First Gulf Company is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all transactions are processed timely in the ERP/WMS. The role supports inventory integrity through control, cycle counting, reconciliation, reporting, and adherence to company procedures.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in inventory control, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Project teams

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in inventory control or related roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP.
• Experience with GRN posting, stock transfers, adjustments, cycle counts.
• Strong Excel skills and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory transactions in ERP/WMS and ensure accuracy.
• Plan and conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare accuracy reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues.
