Job summary

DirectFN Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity, Risk and Resilience Manager to lead governance, risk management and business continuity initiatives. The role collaborates with IT, legal and compliance teams to protect systems and data in the Saudi capital markets ecosystem.

You will oversee risk assessments, incident response, vendor oversight, and executive risk reporting to ensure alignment with SAMA, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards. This leadership position reports to the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Information Systems, Finance, Law; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity governance or IT risk/compliance experience in fintech/financial services.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management and policy enforcement.
• Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management and incident response planning.
• Coordinate with IT, legal and compliance; report to COO; manage a cybersecurity specialist.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including SAMA, NCA, GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Oversee business continuity planning, BIA, and operational resilience activities.
• Engage third-party vendors for security assessments and risk remediation.
