Job summary

brains valley company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Cybersecurity Resilience Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will monitor and strengthen the organization’s security posture by assessing risks, designing and implementing controls, and ensuring resilience against evolving cyber threats across information systems and networks.

You will lead incident detection, response, and recovery activities and coordinate remediation efforts with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cybersecurity and information security; ability to assess risks and design controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity experience and threat management.
• Proficiency in network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure network design.
• Experience with application security, secure coding, testing, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with incident detection, response, and recovery; log analysis and threat investigation.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and regional regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s in CS/InfoSec; CISSP/CISM/CEH or equivalent are advantages.
• Experience in enterprise/government environments; familiarity with resilience planning.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity resilience assessments and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks affecting critical systems and services.
• Assist in developing resilience and risk mitigation plans.
• Evaluate controls against regulatory requirements.
• Support incident preparedness and recovery coordination.
• Prepare resilience assessment reports and recommendations.
