Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking a cybersecurity professional with banking or financial services experience and strong exposure to SAMA and NCA frameworks. The role centers on cybersecurity governance and risk across investment banking, markets, transaction and fintech environments.

Responsibilities include implementing governance aligned with SAMA/NCA, assessing risks, driving compliance, and preparing risk reporting for senior management. CISO certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Hands-on exposure to SAMA and/or NCA requirements.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• CISO certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement cybersecurity governance aligned with SAMA/NCA.
• Assess cyber risks across banking platforms.
• Drive compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework requirements.
• Perform risk assessments, control reviews and remediation monitoring.
• Support vulnerability management and incident response.
• Review third-party and cloud risks in banking services.
• Prepare risk reporting for senior management.
