Job summary

Cipher | سايڤر is seeking a Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to manage identity and access controls, administer privileged access solutions, and ensure secure access to enterprise systems. You will lead IAM/PAM initiatives, perform access reviews, and support audits while upholding SAMA CSF compliance.

Required are a related bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of IAM/PAM experience with hands-on knowledge of enterprise IAM tools and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Control.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM and PAM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on approved access control policies.
• Implement, maintain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Monitor privileged accounts and ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.
• Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including SAMA CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to implement secure access controls and improve identity governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while maintaining service quality.
