Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Consultant to partner with senior stakeholders and define cybersecurity strategies across large, complex environments in the region. You will lead the design of modern security architectures, drive regulatory compliance initiatives, and guide the lifecycle of high-profile transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity and consulting experience in large enterprises or government contexts.
• Extensive expertise across Zero Trust, Cloud Security, IAM, Network Security and Risk Management.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate technical risks into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cybersecurity strategies for large, complex environments.
• Lead security architecture design and transformation programs, including Zero Trust initiatives.
• Drive regulatory compliance programs aligning with NCA, PDPL, NIST CSF, ISO 27001.
• Provide expert guidance across the lifecycle of major transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of NCA frameworks, PDPL, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related regulatory standards
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate technical risks into business outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
