A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is looking for a qualified CX Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of CX services projects.

This role is responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations, while maintaining quality standards and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Identify and allocate project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Ensure smooth project execution by adhering to approved timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Document project progress, key decisions, risks, issues, and challenges in the project management system.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, dashboards, and escalation logs to stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and Certificates of Completion (CoC).
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with expectations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance performance.
• Monitor team productivity and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for training, development, and performance improvement.
• Ensure timely publishing of key reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead and execute special projects or tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the CX services sector.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CX services and project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Experience in service delivery, CX operations, or technology-related projects is an advantage.
• Experience working with project governance, CoC processes, and performance reporting is preferred.
