The ideal candidate should have experience in customs data entry or logistics, with familiarity in Fasah, Bayan, and Saber systems. Qualifications

Overview

🚨 Now Hiring: Customs Data Entry Specialist | Dammam, KSA

One of our reputable clients, a leading company specializing in logistics and transportation, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Customs Data Entry Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Location: Dammam, KSA

Responsibilities
  • Translate related shipping and customs documents and ensure accurate tariff implementation.
  • Generate and print the initial Bayan from the Fasah system.
  • Coordinate and resolve issues related to shipment inspection and customs clearance.
  • Share the initial Bayan with the Customs Clearance (CC) Broker to initiate the clearance process.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly shipment reports under the customs clearance process.
  • Generate Saber exemptions for clients upon request.
  • Issue pre-alert notifications for incoming shipments (Import & Export).
  • Ensure all formalities are completed before sharing final documents with Operations or Key Account Managers, including Bayan fees, POD, and ground handling invoice confirmations.
  • Proactively liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, Shipping Lines, and other service providers to resolve any operational challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in customs data entry, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with Fasah, Bayan, and Saber systems is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
