Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with SASO/Saber guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary documentation for imports and exports is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Facilitate the customs clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for material availability.
• Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist in the registration process for new products with authorities.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving and shipping goods.
• Ensure compliance with SASO and Saber procedures.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes.
