Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and English fluency; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt efficient and friendly service.
• Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a calm and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including tables chairs floors and other surfaces.
• Assist with setting up tables for new customers and clearing tables after they have finished their meals.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to customers.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
