About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and imaginative Creative Producer to join our team on a 4‑month fixed contract for a project within the arts and culture sector.

The Creative Producer will support the development, coordination, and delivery of creative video and photography content and managing project components across various mediums.

This role works closely with creative, strategic, and project management teams, ensuring that ideas are translated into high-quality photo and video edits on time and within scope.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong execution skills, creative thinking, and experience managing content and production workflows—without the senior leadership responsibilities of an Associate Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creative team in developing concepts, content, and visual ideas aligned with project objectives.
  • Coordinate the production process from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and workflow across internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing creative materials for client presentations and reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to ensure cohesive creative output.
  • Provide clear communication and updates on project status, challenges, and needs.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables align with project strategy and cultural context.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and production logistics when needed.
  • Maintain a solutions-oriented approach and contribute creative problem-solving throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 4–8 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or related roles within media, creative agencies, culture/arts organizations, or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes (digital, content, events, or multimedia).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and multiple deliverables efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A passion for creativity, storytelling, and culture-driven projects.
  • Familiarity with arts, culture, heritage, or experiential projects is a plus.
