Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or corporate environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various mediums.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Pakistani nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of designers to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Create compelling visual designs for various mediums such as packaging, advertising, social media content, website graphics, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
• Conduct regular reviews of design work to provide constructive feedback and ensure consistency in quality.
• Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
