As Country Head Digital Industries – Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the next chapter of Siemens growth in the Kingdom.

Your Role – Strategic, Growth-Driven, and Impact-Focused

As Country Head of Siemens Digital Industries (DI) in Saudi Arabia, you hold full end-to-end responsibility for the DI business in the Kingdom, including strategy execution, commercial performance, people leadership, and ecosystem development. You will operate at the intersection of local market needs and global DI strategy, positioning Siemens as the partner of choice for Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation.

The role carries full P&L accountability for the Saudi DI business, with a multi-million Euro order volume and a lean, high-impact organization operating in close collaboration with regional and global DI units.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

  • Drive and execute the DI country strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligned with global and regional DI priorities and Siemens’ overall country strategy.
  • Translate Vision 2030, localization programs, and industrial policies into tangible growth opportunities for DI.
  • Identify and shape new business models, including software, lifecycle services, digital platforms, and outcome-based solutions.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt portfolio focus and go-to-market approach.

Financial & Commercial Leadership

  • Full P&L responsibility for the DI business in Saudi Arabia, including orders, revenue, margin, cash, and risk management.
  • Own the country sales and pipeline governance, ensuring disciplined forecasting, deal quality, and sustainable growth.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term value creation through portfolio mix, pricing discipline, and service/software expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens financial, legal, and governance frameworks.

People & Organization Leadership

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, diverse, and future-ready DI organization in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop local talent with strong focus on Saudi national development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer centricity.
  • Ensure the organization is equipped with the right skills in automation, software, digitalization, project execution, and services.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Oversee the full DI value chain in Saudi Arabia: sales, solution design, project execution, services, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ensure operational excellence through project delivery, customer service, quality, HSE, and risk management.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for DI operations within the Siemens Saudi Arabia country setup.
  • Represent DI in country management forums and drive cross-business collaboration.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Act as the senior DI ambassador in Saudi Arabia, building trusted relationships with key customers, government entities, and strategic partners.
  • Expand Siemens DI’s footprint by developing ecosystems with OEMs, system integrators, developers, universities, and technology partners.
  • Position Siemens as a long-term partner for industrial digital transformation, not just a technology supplier.
  • Strengthen customer proximity at executive level and drive long-term partnerships.
Your Profile – Leadership, Growth Mindset, and Market Credibility
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Automation, Digital Technologies, or IT; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Proven senior leadership experience (typically 8–12+ years) in industrial, automation, digital, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in general management, P&L ownership, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to scale businesses and shape markets.
  • Deep understanding of industrial customers, project and solution business, and lifecycle services.
  • Track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing high-potential talent.
  • Experience working in international, matrix organizations with strong cross-border collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, customer landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Credible executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment.
