Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 0-2 years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience on mega projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to ensure costs are charged to projects and cost control has visibility.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost tracking reports and variance analyses.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and prepare statistical cost reports.
• Support the Project Director in reviewing the business plan and budgets.
• Provide guidance in resolving complex cost control issues.
• Forecast costs, set baseline budgets, and track revenue and costs with WBS.
