Job summary

Wise Insight in Dammam is seeking an experienced QA & QC leader to manage QA & QC personnel and ensure Quality Assurance and Control across construction and corporate activities in line with the organization’s policies and procedures.

You will administer the QMS per ISO 9001, conduct internal audits, training, management reviews, and drive continual improvements while coordinating with operations and other departments to uphold high customer service and project quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction Industry
• Strong administrative and negotiation skills
• Effective people management, mentoring and communication skills
• Ability to effectively interface with all departments and management

Responsibilities

• Maintain/administer/Enforce QMS Manual as per ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct awareness training session
• Conduct Project Internal Audit
• Recommend necessary steps for continual improvements of the system.
• Conduct Management Review Meeting periodically.
• Plan, Conduct Internal Audit Activities
• Control, supervise and maintain the qualification of personnel and their performance.
• Review and approve the construction procedures related to quality control for various disciplines.
• Conduct a weekly quality inspection meeting to review the quality of the work.
• Operate Quality training program for SHADE Construction personnel to improve performance, SATIPs, SAICs, work procedure, Lessons Learned etc.
• Shall provide list of SATIP, SAIC and SATR that will be utilized in construction activities.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Work with operations staff to establish policies & Procedures
• Oversee the department processes
