Job summary

Massar Business Solutions seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control across construction projects, ensuring works meet specifications, standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 10+ years in QA/QC within construction, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, ITP development experience, and familiarity with KSA codes. This role requires onsite leadership and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in QA/QC within construction, including QA/QC management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards.
• Experience developing ITPs and handling non-conformance.
• Understanding of KSA construction codes; KSA experience preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality management plans per client requirements.
• Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures.
• Lead site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Manage non-conformance and corrective actions; ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee material testing and certification processes per approved standards.
• Provide quality management training and guidance to site teams.
• Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to management and clients.
• Support development and continuous improvement of company-wide quality systems.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist project close-out with complete and accurate quality records.
