Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor with expertise in EPC contracts for large-scale capital projects. The role focuses on negotiating, drafting, and administering contracts, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks across all project stages.

Based onsite in Saudi Arabia, the ideal candidate will have 15 years in oil & gas contracts, with proficiency in EPC, EPCM, LSTK, and service contracts, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical), law or business administration.
• 15 years of experience in contracts procurement and administration in oil & gas.
• Experience developing and administering Capital Project contracts.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, LSTK and service contracts.
• Know-how of Saudi Aramco contracting procedures is preferred.
• Certificates: PMP, CPCM, CCMP, CICCM, CLS, NCMA, IPSCMI are a plus.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in contracts procurement and administration within the oil & Gas sector;
• Ability to develop and administrate Capital Project contracts;
• Preferred Certificates : PMP, CPCM, CCMP, CICCM, CLS, NCMA, IPSCMI;
• Extensive experience across all phases of the contracting lifecycle;
• Solid experience in managing and negotiating EPC, EPCM, LSTK, and service contracts;
• Proficient in using contract management systems, ERP tools (SAP), and project management software;
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco contracting procedures is preferred.
