Principal Buyer Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract execution across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, English fluency, and 5+ years in procurement. You will standardize processes, optimize spend, and ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering quality, timely supply agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• +5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and standardize processes to optimize efficiency.
• Negotiate favourable vendor terms and deliver timely supply agreements.
• Develop vendor management strategy, source suppliers, evaluate performance, and monitor contracts.
• Create purchase orders, procurement catalogue, and implement category management.
• Identify local suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance while boosting local purchasing.
• Oversee centralized contract management from initiation to closeout.

• Manage the local content by identifying local suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations while leveraging opportunities to enhance local purchasing
• Formulate centralized contract management from initiation to closeout, complied with terms, manage amendments, aligned with company interests
