We are seeking a Consumer Finance Specialist to join our team in providing tailored financial solutions that meet our clients’ needs. • التعريف بمنتجات التمويل الشخصي وتسويقها للعملاء المحتملين بطرق احترافية.
• إدارة طلبات التمويل بدءًا من استقبال الطلب وحتى اكتمال إجراءات الصرف.
• متابعة العملاء للتأكد من استيفاء جميع المستندات والبيانات المطلوبة.
• تحقيق المستهدفات التمويلية الشهرية والسنوية وفق خطة الإدارة.
• متابعة تحصيل الدفعة الأولى وضمان دقة وسلاسة العمليات المالية.
• رفع تقارير دورية عن الأداء والفرص والتحديات للإدارة المباشرة.
• أرشفة الملفات والمستندات بشكل منظم لضمان سهولة الرجوع إليها.
• الالتزام بالإجراءات والسياسات الداخلية للشركة.

الخبرة المطلوبة

• سنة على الأقل في مجال التمويل، المبيعات أو أي مجال ذو صلة.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present personal finance products to potential clients in a professional manner.
• Manage the end-to-end financing process from application to fund disbursement.
• Follow up with clients to ensure submission of all required documents and information.
• Achieve monthly and annual Financing targets as set by management.
• Ensure the successful collection of the first installment and maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges.
• Comply with company regulations and policies.
• Organize and archive client files and documents to ensure proper record-keeping.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Financing Field, Sales, or a related field.
