Job Opportunity: Consultant Hotel Project Manager

HYKAL are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Hotel Project Manager to lead and oversee a prestigious five‑star hotel project in Riyadh. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in civil engineering project management, risk assessment, scheduling, and contract administration, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the consulting aspects of large‑scale five‑star hotel projects, ensuring successful supervision and implementation aligned with client expectations and project goals.
• Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely progress and effective risk management.
• Administer contracts and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide clear, professional communication in English with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Oversee technical and administrative aspects of the project with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Inspire and lead project teams to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arch or Civil Engineering from a recognized international university.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Minimum 20 years of documented engineering experience, including at least 5 years as a Consultant Project Manager on five‑star hotel projects in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Experience overseeing a hotel project from start to handover.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other engineering software related to project management.
• Strong skills in scheduling, risk evaluation, and contract management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and driving license.
