Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dammam is seeking a Storekeeper to manage receipt, custody, recording, and issue of all materials, tools, and equipment used for general contracting, facility management, and engineering projects. The successful candidate will maintain accurate stock records, support job costing, and perform stock counts; forklift certification and a Saudi driving licence are advantageous.

Experience in handling construction, MEP, and finishing materials and a tool store is preferred,

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a storekeeper or stores assistant.
• Experience in contracting, construction, engineering consultancy, or facility management environments.
• Experience handling construction, MEP, and finishing materials and a tool store.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries against approved purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Organising the store with clear locations, labeling, and access control.
• Issue materials only against approved requisitions and support urgent after-hours needs.
• Maintain accurate stock records, monitor levels, and conduct cycle and full stock counts.
• Perform other duties as required by the Procurement Supervisor.
