Job summary

PPOAR in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and codes compliance, and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background, proven PM experience, and strong leadership with excellent English communication. Indian nationals with their own visa are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in reputable companies.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah without accommodation provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on track.
• Communicate project updates to all stakeholders regularly.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
