Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in construction within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Energy.
• 5+ years as Construction Manager on major capital projects.
• Experience on greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Experience in PMC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site construction activities for large-scale Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
• Lead EPC contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and project specifications.
• Review construction execution plans, schedules, method statements, and work packs.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, resolving technical and execution challenges.
• Oversee brownfield tie-ins, shutdown activities, and live plant interface management.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and progress reviews.
• Prepare and present construction reports to project management and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and handover activities through project completion.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing both greenfield and brownfield projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Review and approve construction execution plans, schedules, method statements, and work packs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of construction experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Energy sector.
• Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager role on major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience on both greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Proven experience working within a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects.
