Job summary

Vallourec is seeking a CNC Operator in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The role involves loading, setting up, and operating CNC machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring outputs meet Job Orders and specifications.

Candidates should have at least 3 months of production experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Some familiarity with CNC operations is preferred; Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of experience as a production operator.
• Wished: Familiar with CNC operations; VAM School is a plus.

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks.
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs.
• Locates correct program in machines from Job Order.
• Ensure tooling is correct for type of thread being produced from Connection Sheet, JO.
• Gauging and measurement during set up and change insert.
• Record production quantity, reworks, tool usage during process and results.
• Use control panel to monitor machine operations.
• Check the product and compare with JO / TDS for quality.
• Visual inspection of pipes and parts against measuring tools.

CNC Operators

take care of all machine-specific functions such as Process monitoring, loading, and unloading raw materials, setting up any equipment or accessories as needed during production, and operating the machines to optimizing the machine capability to ensure that machine works at its full capacity. Oversee its maintenance and perform timely quality checks.

KEY Responsibilities

• Verify Job Order
• Check equipment functions for safety
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks.
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs, with Setup equipment:
• Changes chuck jaw inserts to match with Job Order.
• Locates correct program in machines from Job Order.
• Ensure tooling is correct for type of thread being produced from Connection Sheet, JO.
• Changes machine offsets, tooling for size corrections (Work Standard).
• Gauging and measurement during the set up and change insert.
• Solve more common machining problems.
• Record production quantity, reworks, tool usage during process and results.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines or process.
• Use control panel, switches to monitor and operate machine handling to perform manufacturing output.
• Check the product and compare the output with JO / TDS to ensure quality products.
• Visual inspection of incoming pipes, parts and connection with related measuring tools.
• Report the maintenance issue and solve common machining problems might occur during the shift.
• Perform the checklist of Auto Control, 5S, TPM , AM as required frequency and ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
• Use the digital tools, computers to monitor and update production output.
• Repair connections and parts when needed.

Education

• Necessary: High School or equivalent
• Wished: Diploma in Manufacturing

Required Experience

• Necessary: 3 months as production operator on the job or previous experience
• Wished: Familiar with CNC with similar operation , VAM School
