Job summary

The role requires proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and vibration analyzers, interpretation of schematics, and conducting performance tests to optimize efficiency across heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues on industrial compressors.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of industrial compressors ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance including lubrication, filter changes, and system checks to extend equipment life.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment such as multimeters and vibration analyzers for precise troubleshooting.
• Conduct system performance testing and adjustments to optimize efficiency and meet operational requirements.
• Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools as well as specialized lifting and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct complete chiller overhauls, compressor replacements, and performance testing.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance including lubrication, filter changes, and system checks to extend equipment life.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment such as multimeters and vibration analyzers for precise troubleshooting.
• Conduct system performance testing and adjustments to optimize efficiency and meet operational requirements.

Qualifications
