Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Commissioning Manager with a strong background in pipeline engineering to lead commissioning activities for critical oil & gas infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring systems and components are installed, tested, and operated according to design specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the commissioning of pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with project and engineering teams.

Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including flushing, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, pigging, and leak testing.

Coordinate with construction, operations, HSE, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and safe execution.

Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete, accurate, and properly handed over.

Provide leadership and technical guidance to the commissioning team and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pipeline commissioning, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.

Solid understanding of pipeline systems, standards, and commissioning methodologies.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
