• Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with fine details and exquisite presentation.
• Proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guide to exact specification.
• Ensure food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers.
• Document inventory of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low stock.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Gathers measures mixes and prepares meal ingredients sauces and seasoning
• Wash peel and chop vegetables fruits and meat etc as applicable
• Proficient knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats as and marination
• Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with finer details and exquisite presentation
• Proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guide provided to exact specification
• Ensure that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers
• Document inventory of kitchen supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock situations
