Job summary

CEER Motors seeks a capable Operations Manager for its body and paint workshop network. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high repair quality, control expenses, and drive customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role includes setting up new workshops, selecting equipment, planning layouts, approving third-party workshops, and maintaining safety and standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or automotive engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive dealership or body and paint operations.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all body & paint workshops to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
• Follow up on ongoing repair orders and coordinate with Parts Department for timely parts.
• Monitor paint and material stock levels and maintain adequate inventory.
• Manage the full insurance repair order process with proper documentation.
• Track workshop KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance and service quality.
• Support diagnosis of technical issues and escalate unresolved cases.
• Assist customer service by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Certify third-party workshops based on technical and operational criteria.
• Contribute to setup and development of new body and paint workshops (equipment, layout, fit-out).
• Ensure maintenance and safety compliance of all workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure staff are trained on SOPs and dealership systems.
