Fircroft is seeking a proactive Collection Agent for our team in Dammam or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include contacting clients daily, following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving payment-related inquiries. We prefer Saudi nationals and are looking for candidates who excel in communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

About the Role

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment statuses.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the finance team in achieving collection targets.
• Represent the company professionally and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

Requirements
