Job summary

Saudi Awwal Bank seeks a CoA Manager to lead the master Chart of Accounts transformation, mapping, and reconciliation frameworks during the Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. You will bridge SAB Core Banking systems with Oracle GL, supporting SAMA regulatory reporting and IFRS alignment including IFRS 18.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in banking finance transformation, strong Oracle ERP and EDMCS experience, and a track record of leading complex COA reviews and regulatory mapping efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance Transformation within the banking sector.
• Experience with ERP assessment and advisory engagements.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IFRS 9/16/18) and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CoA transformation, mapping, and validation in Oracle GL for SAB.
• Oversee core banking integrations and automated journal postings.
• Ensure reconciliations between Finance Systems and Oracle GL are robust.
• Drive IFRS/Regulatory compliance alignment including IFRS 18.
