Job description

CLV Riyadh is seeking an exceptional full-time coach to join our team as our in-studio performance coach in Riyadh.

We are building a modern high-performance training environment focused on coaching excellence, professionalism, client care, and long-term results.

Our new private personal training studio will open in July and is located in Al Olaya. We will offer personal training sessions, private small group sessions (up to 3 clients together), testing sessions (VO2 Max, metabolic testing, body composition). You will be the full-time coach positioned there, as well as this, our mobile coaches will be able to book their clients in for sessions when there is availability. Our studio will be a part of a larger facility and will be a joint venture with Tonic 180 who will provide recovery treatments and pain management services as well as offering a community cafe space with grab and go healthy snack options.

The Role

As an In-Studio Performance Coach, you will deliver high-level personal training sessions and testing sessions within the CLV Riyadh studio environment while contributing to the culture, standards, and long-term development of the business. You will be expected to build and develop our ongoing partnership with Tonic 180 by promoting their services to our clients, and welcoming their clients who are interested in our training services.

There may also be occasional mobile service sessions that you may deliver. For this you will be provided with a driver to and from the session and they will take place at client homes.

This position requires a highly organised, professional, and service-oriented coach capable of maintaining consistency within a premium training environment.

Position Structure

This is a full-time Riyadh-based role with long-term development potential within CLV Riyadh.

Working hours will be 48 hours as 8 or 9 hour shifts spread over 5-6 working days per week. During this time you will be the constant CLV presence in the studio for walk-ins, any introductions from Tonic 180 etc. You will also be able to book PT and testing sessions during your shift hours or outside of shift hours. You will be paid a base salary for shifts and an initial number of sessions plus performance pay after a threshold number of sessions for sessions
