Job summary

Hilton Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to lead group and corporate sales across assigned properties. You will develop strategies, build key accounts, and coordinate with Revenue, Reservations and Front Office to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in hotel/hospitality or related field and 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills; fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National – mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Experience in hotel sales, preferably branded or international environment.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts, key accounts, MICE or travel trade.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality market and hotel sales practices.
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and revenue opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of local market and business environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations and Front Office to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate sales activities across Hilton properties and ensure consistency.
  • Maintain accurate account information, activities, forecasts, and reports.
  • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, and events as required.
  • Monitor sales performance and report to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the cluster’s revenue and business objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and other relevant market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, travel agencies, and business partners.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while actively acquiring new accounts.

  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support the commercial strategy.

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Coordinate sales activities across the assigned Hilton properties and ensure consistent commercial efforts.

  • Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, forecasts, and reports in the relevant systems.

  • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and updates to management.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Hilton standards, policies, and brand requirements.

  • Support the Cluster Commercial team in achieving overall business and revenue goals.
