Job summary

Hilton Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Supervisor to lead procurement and receiving operations across outlets. You will oversee stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding Hilton's hospitality standards.

You’ll collaborate with outlet managers, inspect shipments for quality, process invoices, and mentor a team of purchasing and receiving clerks to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Support purchasing and receiving operations: Assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes, and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock management

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications

• Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution

• Assist with supplier management: Help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.

• Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards

• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
