Job summary

sirar by stc is seeking a cybersecurity pre-sales engineer in Riyadh to lead technical discovery, design, and PoCs for secure cloud solutions. You will engage with customers, translate security needs into architecture, and map solutions to local regulatory requirements.

With 3–5 years of relevant experience and hyperscaler certifications, you will collaborate with sales and partners to accelerate deals while ensuring compliant delivery across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in cybersecurity, cloud security architecture and pre-sales solutioning.
• Hands-on delivery exposure in security projects and deployments.
• Expert-level certification in at least one hyperscaler (OCI/AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to troubleshoot operational and configuration issues across cloud-native security services.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical value to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle: discovery, solution design, RFP responses, BoQs, PoCs and demos.
• Design secure landing zones, identity, data protection and posture-management across at least one hyperscaler.
• Support delivery and implementation to ensure what is sold is built and operated to standard.
• Map solutions to KSA frameworks (NCA ECC/CCC, CST, SAMA, PDPL) and industry references (CIS, NIST CSF, Well-Architected, Ministry frameworks).
• Collaborate with sales, partners and hyperscaler co-sell teams to accelerate deals.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle, discovery, solution design, RFP/proposal responses, BoQs, PoCs and technical demos.
• Design secure landing zones, identity, data protection and posture-management solutions across at least one hyperscaler.
• Support delivery and implementation, ensuring what is sold is built and operated to standard.
• Map solutions to KSA frameworks (NCA ECC/CCC, CST, SAMA, PDPL) and industry references (CIS, NIST CSF, Well-Architected, Cloud Adoption Framework).
• Collaborate with sales, partners and hyperscaler co-sell teams to accelerate deals.

Required Experience:

• Solid experience in cybersecurity, cloud security architecture and pre-sales solutioning, plus hands-on delivery exposure.
• Expert-level certification in at least one hyperscaler (OCI, AWS, GCP or Azure) - e.g., AWS Security Specialty / Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, OCI Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Security.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational and configuration issues across cloud-native security services.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical value clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of KSA regulatory frameworks.
• Exposure to multi-cloud and sovereign cloud environments.
• Familiarity with third-party security tooling (CSPM, PAM, DLP, ZTNA) alongside native controls.
• Sound grounding in core security domains, network security, IAM, encryption/PKI, endpoint, application and data security.

Academic Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Years of Experience :

• 3-5 years in relevant experience.
