Job summary

Master Works seeks a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise hosting environments on client sites. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security across IIS, SQL Server, and web hosting stacks.

The role requires hands-on experience in IIS, Windows Server, security controls, SSL management, and backup/DR strategies, with a minimum of 5 years in similar projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience in enterprise hosting environments and related projects.

Job description

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure, Engineer to manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting web applications and production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience managing SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls.
• Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with cross‑functional technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
